T Hotel Ryuoo is centrally located within Ryuoo Ski Resort. To access the slopes you would ski down to the magic carpet from the hotel or walk a few minutes to the closest chairlift. On your return you can ski direct to the hotel. The hotel also offers free pick up and drop off at Iiyama station. Advanced booking is required. We can help you arrange a pick up.

The Mountain
Ryuoo is located near Shiga Kogen in Nagano. The top of Mt. Ryuoo is 1,930 metres and the elevation difference is about 1,000 metres. There is about six kilometres distance from the top to the bottom. Because of the high altitude, the snow is very dry. After getting to the top of the ropeway there is an area with one beginner run and three intermediate runs, so beginners can also enjoy the lightest snow and enjoy the runs with amazing panoramic views looking over the Nagano Alps.
The location
It is 45 minutes by shuttle bus from JR Iiyama station if you are coming by Shinkansen from Tokyo. There is also free shuttle bus from Nagano Dentetsu Yudanaka station which would take only 30 minutes. We can help you with the bus timetable and bookings.
